Join the Zoltek-Toray Group Team: Production Operator - Day Shift

Location: St. Peters, MO
Position: Full-Time Production Operator (Day Shift)
Shift Hours: 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts, alternating work schedule)

Zoltek-Toray Group is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team in St. Peters, MO as Production Operators in our state-of-the-art Carbon Fiber Composite Intermediates facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate equipment to process carbon fiber composites.
Handle resin/polymer mixing and batch preparation.
Monitor and inspect products during production to ensure high-quality output.
Stock materials, package products, and label items for shipment.
Ensure your work area remains safe, clean, and organized.
Communicate effectively with the team, including the shift superintendent and foreman.



What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
1+ year experience in a manufacturing or factory environment (experience in chemicals/plastics is a plus!).
Ability to read and interpret documents, follow procedures, and document information.
Team player with a strong commitment to safety and maintaining an ethical work environment.
Ability to lift 25+ pounds overhead, stand for up to 12 hours, and work in a physically demanding environment.


Physical Requirements:
Must be able to wear a respirator (no facial hair).
Must be comfortable working in a moderate heat environment and wearing safety gear (Tyvek suits, steel-toe footwear).
Ability to work with carbon fiber materials, which can cause moderate to severe itchiness.
