We are currently looking to expand our business and are looking for a full time Recruiter with 1+ year of recruiting experience in Engineering or Construction. Position is office based or remote. Responsibilities


Proactively source candidates using jobs boards, social media & other recruitment tools.
Interface with various groups to support our recruiting efforts.
Coordinate information for market and search activity.
Perform all on boarding activities for candidates once an offer is submitted.

Requirements

1+ year of background in Engineering or Construction Recruiting.
No job hoppers-stable work background required.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and customer service skills required.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
