• Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess

  • Work Setting Experience Required: COVR, First Assist, General OR
  • Equipment/Instrument/Supplies Experience Required: Electrosurgical Units, Fiber Optic Light sources/cords
  • Professional Knowledge/Skills Experience Required: Cardiac Monitoring, Infection Control, Laser Safety, Specimen Handling/Labeling, Universal Protocol (Time Out) Procedure, Urinary Bladder catheterization, Wound Management.
