Mercy Labor and Birth is seeking experienced RN's in Labor & Birth. We have full-time night shifts available. Please apply to learn more about our great opportunities! We Offer Great Incentives:

• Shift Differential Pay: Days, Nights, Weekends
• RN > BSN Bridge Program (up to $16,000)

• Mercy Shifts: Incentives- Ability to pick up extra shifts which has different incentives
• Stay Pay Program - $2/hr on your productive time (24/7 bedside eligible position) at your 2, 5, 10, and 20 year anniversary at Mercy (up to $8/hr)
• Free, convenient parking Overview: Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of Labor and Birth Experience.
  • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
  • License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
