As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in restoring wheels and wheel covers to their original condition, utilizing the latest tools and techniques.About the Role

• Utilize spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids to repair cosmetic damages to wheels and wheel covers
• Remove wheels, repair them in our mobile truck, and reattach them to the vehicle
• Paint surfaces, inspect wheels, prep and buff defects, mix colors, and finishThe Dent Wizard Advantage

    • Auto painting experience or collision repair technical school training preferred
    • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts
    • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
    • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
    • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, as well as lift up to 45 poundsCompensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on a highly incentivized commission structure.
